Refund & Exchange Policy
At Felloria Jewellery, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase and stand firmly behind the craftsmanship of our jewellery.
Exchange Policy
Products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following criteria:

The product is in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.

The product has not been used, washed, or damaged.

The product is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Made-to-Order Products
Our made-to-order items are pre-orders and require a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks for completion.
All pre-order products require advance payment at the time of purchase.
International Orders
For international orders, delivery takes a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been completed and dispatched.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or differs from the ordered item, Felloria Jewellery will take full responsibility for replacing the product.
Exchange of Items
Customers who wish to exchange items (e.g., for a different bangle size or design) will need to pay an additional delivery charge of Rs. 350/-.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and size guides before placing an order to avoid inconvenience.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Customers can cancel or modify their orders within two hours of submission.
After this period, no cancellation or change requests will be accepted.
Once an order has been placed and payment made, customers are expected to receive their order as confirmed.
